Customers are responsible for ensuring access is available, including any required freight elevators, and confirming that elevator dimensions can accommodate the cabinets.

The delivery company will reach out a few days before delivery to schedule a date and provide a 4-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, the driver will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival so you're ready to receive your order.
