Our delivery team will contact you in advance to schedule delivery and confirm key details, including whether the property is a multi-unit building such as a condo or apartment. Customers are responsible for ensuring access is available, including any required freight elevators, and confirming that elevator dimensions can accommodate the cabinets.
The delivery company will reach out a few days before delivery to schedule a date and provide a 4-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, the driver will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival so you're ready to receive your order.

Yes. All exposed cabinet sides require a finished panel to ensure a seamless match with your selected door style. Finished panels help create a clean, cohesive, and polished look across your installation.

Finished panels are not required for Rosemont Bright White, Riviera Bright White and Lasalle Bright White, as the cabinet sides are already designed to match these door styles.
